Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This amount will be deducted from your total balance.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund, minus your deposit OR use funds for a future rental date. Cancellations within 14 days may receive a credit toward a future rental.​

Depending on drop off time, we guarantee a rental period of 4-6 hours. For extended rentals or overnight options, please contact us to work something out!

Yes, our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown to ensure a hassle-free experience. The week leading up to your rental, you will be contacted by our team to address any possible obstacles, delivery times, and access points to your desired drop-off location. Please note, we do require a 4 foot clearance for gates or fences. We can NOT take units up or down stairs due to their weight.

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors at our fitness center. The area must be flat, clear of debris, and free from overhead obstructions. We need to be notified of any invisible fences, waterlines, or irrigation systems. Our stakes lengthy and we want to ensure we are not damaging your properties hidden infrastructure. If you wish, the water company offers a complimentary service to come out in advance and mark your property prior to our arrival.

A standard 110-volt outlet, per blower, within 50 feet of the setup area is needed. If power isn't available, contact us to discuss generator rentals.

Safety is our priority. Inflatables should not be used in winds exceeding 15 mph or during lightning storms. We'll work with you to reschedule or cancel with a refund if weather conditions are unsafe. If the weather changes during your party, it is the renters responsibility to ensure safety for party-goers, removing them from the unit, and turning the unit off. We ask that you keep an eye on the wind and any storms.

Our inflatables are made from durable, fire-retardant materials and are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after each rental.​

Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of all participants.

Yes, but ensure you have the necessary permissions and that power is available. If not, a generator may be required.​

You're responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please follow all safety guidelines to prevent damage. Nothing is allowed inside of the inflatable that can puncture or damage surfaces. Examples: no food, drinks, toys, markers, scissors, balloons and balloons with confetti. Allowed: soft bouncy ball, if hoop is a part of the unit.
